Surgical Care
We strive continuously to offer the highest quality veterinary medicine and we are pleased to provide a wide range of surgical services for our patients. This includes routine surgical procedures such as spaying and neutering and more complex surgeries, including mass removals, foreign body retrievals, and bladder stone removals.
For advanced surgeries we partner with a board-certified Surgeon to come to our facility to perform the surgery or consultations. Surgeries that may require a specialist include, but are not limited to cruciate ligament repair (TPLO – tibial plateau leveling osteotomy) and kneecap repair (patellar luxation).
We offer the option to partner with Safe Pet Anesthesia — a team of board-certified veterinary anesthesiologists and anesthesia-specialized veterinary technicians to ensure the safest possible care during your pet’s procedure.
Our priority is the patient’s safety, management of the patient’s pain, and utilizing the most current surgical practices. Our staff is comprised of caring and compassionate professionals who will monitor your pet before, during, and after surgery to ensure a safe and complete recovery of your pet. We will also address any questions or concerns you may have about surgery, anesthesia, pain management, and postoperative care.
When your pet is ready to go home, we will review and discuss postoperative care and medication instructions with you. If you have any questions after you have brought your pet home, you can simply call or text us to discuss your concerns with our knowledgeable staff.
